we have been having nothing but problems with this company but now its crazy.we have a guaranteed 18mbs but at the moment we have 6mbs to the propert and 3.9mbs on  a speed test dropping to 0.5mbs,but talktalk says no problems on the line and the guaranteed 18mbs is only a guide,but will need to send an engineer in THREE WEEKS to sort it out.we asked about why we had to pay for something we are not getting to be told you only get compensation if you have no service at all,so we raise a complaint to be told"we will ring you to talk about this",but nothing.anybody any idea where to go from this as we are sick of sitting on the phone or laptop trying to get some sence out of this mob.thanks for any advice or which company to move to
