speedtest.net cannot be done for almost a week

speedtest.net cannot be connected. it happens not just today but almost a week.

is there any problems with your servers or anything i can do to fix this?

Which service do you have with us? Are you a fibre customer (FTTC) or future fibre customer (FTTP)?

when i use the talktalk speedcheck at the bottom of the page, it shows:

Could not connect to the test server. A firewall could be blocking the connection or the server might be having some issues. Please try again later.

this has been happening for almost a week...
