hi

having problems getting on some websites can't get just eat to work keeps just showing an all black and white page and lottery page saying IP address could not be found tried turning of router for an hour but still not working.

The customer has now cleared the browser's cache & can now get on the lottery website.

Please send me a PM (message), in there just include the screenshot (if that is how you have done it) via the insert photos button in the toolbar. Please make sure that you have set the size parameter to large within the Insert Photos tool. If you have copied the text from the command prompt then all you have to do is just paste it into the PM.

@Michelle-TalkTalk has asked me to help you. Are these the only two websites that you can't get to on this PC (I realise they work on your son's laptop)?

 

If you goto the Windows Command Prompt and enter this command:-

 

Ipconfig /all

 

Please can you send the output to me in a PM (to protect your privacy)?

Hi

I don't have another router,both these websites work on my sons laptop that uses the same router also windows network diagnostics is saying your DNS server might be unavailable .and IP address could not be found for the lottery website.Both sites were working a week ago and I have changed nothing on the computer it seems to change things on its own.

You just download the software and install it - Firefox  / Edge  / Chrome etcetera, @lyntramp.

I'm sorry to hear this. I've run a test on the line now which is clear. Could you log into your My Account and check your HomeSafe/Kidsafe settings please.
