workplace VPN blocked

I have had my current router for over a year and have been working at home all that time but on Monday it stopped connecting and still won't. I have connected through the VPN using another network and it works fine. My ICT department has tried to resolve but state is TalkTalk must be blocking it.

Please could this be looked into as I need to be able to work from home.
