Hi,
I recently had to remove the password on my Windows user account which means that my copy of Outlook can't access my email and I don't know what the password is.
I reset the password using the "Email Settings" section of the talktalk website but Outlook still says that the authentication details are wrong.

The TalkTalk MyAccount doesn't have a password change link direct to the pipex platform so I'll alert the TalkTalk Community team for you as you'll need their help to reset your pipex password.
In the meantime, please update your Community Profile Personal Information (Click here) to include your name, current TalkTalk contact 'phone numbers and address with postcode (location) then scroll down to Private notes and add the pipex email address and Save changes.
