Unable to change password in Lineone account

Recently my Lineone account has being hacked and used to send spams. I tried to change password, but there is no such option in my email account setting. Can anyone tell me how to navigate to that option via webmail?

Hi ztoth, if your email password has been hacked and they've got access then it's likely they'll have changed your password reset details when they changed the password. First job is to check if you can reset the password using the password reset tool. If you can't then we'll need to change the password reset details for you. I've sent you a personal message to get more information.
