M wife's email is blocked due to alleged suspicious activity. She only has SMS as contact to reset the password, no alt email in place. SMS is not getting through, we get a message to say talktalk is working on the problem. Can email admins look into this please?

Please check your Community Profile Personal Information (Click here) includes your name, current landline 'phone number and an alternate number (mobile recommended) and address with postcode (location). Add, then scroll down and add the email address to Private notes and save changes.
The TalkTalk Community Team OCE will provide the help you need to get the mailbox unsuspended, the password reset and full Reset details set up for a new password to be created and access recovered to the mailbox.
