Just got the following message when trying to open Tiscali email on Windows 10 machine.
We couldn't access this account tiscali. you might need to update your password or give the account permission to sync to this device. When I update my password I got an error 0x80070003.
No idea what this is all about - any help anyone can give would be appreciated.
I did get a strange screen on my PC when I started up and had to sign out then back in. Probably a Windows thing, but not sure. Thanks.
I have a similar problem, I have 3 separate e mail addresses @Tiscali.co.uk 2 of them download and send mail (windows 10 using outlook) the other one just keeps giving same error as yourself, but the mail for the non working address in outlook (pop3 ) will download and send on iPad (imap) what with fibre speed problems I am hoping it will correct itself when talktalk sort out my fibre problem.
other than that will have to contact talktalk about unless anyone in the community can help
