24 Hours and still problems with tinyworld

24 hours on still cannot send emails from tinyworld.co.uk and now incoming emails are all going into spam.  Nothing at all to do with Explorer or Outlook as I am checking on iPad/webmail  What is the matter and why has it not been sorted?

This has been raised as an incident and being looked at by the incident team.

 

As it's affecting many people there is nothing that you can do individually that will resolve this.

 

Updates as they are received will be advised.

From the 29th of March our TalkTalk Community will move to peer-to-peer support and the TalkTalk team will no longer be here to support with queries.
