Hi, my account has been suspended please can you reset so I can log on. We are also having repeat issues on an evening whereby the WiFi disconnects randomly and we have to keep resetting. The connection is also slow.

If your email account has been suspended because of suspicious activity or too many attempts to sign in then upgrading the password is the fix.
The Reset password now button in the help article Changing your email password will take you to password reset and recovery.
If the email address is still active on the TalkTalk Mail platform and you have set up password recovery options, in advance, that you recognise from the *****hints, then you can send your alternate email address a link or your mobile a 6-digit code to authorise a password reset.
If you see only the one option to send a reset link to the email account itself then you'll need help from TalkTalk Support here to set up password recovery reset details for you. Let us know if that's needed.
Or hopefully let us know that you're back in control after a password upgrade.
