Adding an existing second @talktalk email address to my account

Hi

How do I add my partners @talktalk email address to my account

 

I have spoken with customer services but issue not resolved

 

I have added the email addresses I need to be associated with account in my private notes

 

Both email addresses were created when I originally joined talk talk and now as the account holder only mine is currently associated and my partner is being asked to subscribe and pay

 

Any help or advice greatly appreciated

Hi there @Gmdon, please note that I've just received information that once the form has been filled for you it won't show right away on your account however your services should work fine with no restrictions. If you are still having any issues, please get back to me as all emails will be deleted soon. Thanks

I think you should simply have made sure that BOTH the addresses were added in Private Notes [and saved changes].

 

Staff will confirm that they are adding these to a webform.
