Windows Mail has finished and I am trying to use Outlook. I have added my talktalk email account to Outlook but when select the account and I log in it says 'incorrect email address'.
Grateful for any suggestions please!

Please log in to My Account if you need to view or pay your bill, manage boosts and track your usage. From My Account you can also check your connection and test your line for any issues in the Service Centre.

I have now sorted the issue: had to use advanced settings to select IMAP account before continuing to sign in.

Yes, I have been using the email adress for many years! I don't get as far as entering a password as Outlook rejects the email address.
I have added the talktalk email address to Outlook but it then requires me to login and that is when it rejects the email address!

Hi Repton_VS, have you tested the email address in webmail to make sure you have it correct with the correct password?
