Noticed that since yesterday I am not receiving any TALK TALK emails via the usual “Mail” app. They are still coming through for my Google and iCloud email addresses
i think they are still OK on my iPad as I have not updated that to the latest software so assume that must be the issue?
I can still access my TT email via the web platform.
Not had a chance to test my iMac yet.
Is this an Apple or Talk Talk problem?

Thanks for posting back to let us know its sorted. You can only access the community with your MyAccount login email address. If you changed your MyAccount login to the LineOne address you'll find you can log in to the community with it.

Seems to have sorted itself out without me having to do anything.
incidentally I can only log onto this TALK TALK forum using my Google address. It won’t accept my Line One address. Bonkers …

Hi Fizzibin2000, if its working on every device but one. It would suggest that it will be that one device. If you remove the mail account from your phone. Then reinstall it again and it will most likely work.
