I am not receiving any emails from my son's school when I have received them for the last 12 months. Address concerned j.buxton@ryburn.tlt.school. All the other emails from school are ok and I am able to send emails to the address. Why can I no longer find a check list to find if this is blocked and how can I do it under the new feel webmail. Feel this should be something customer should be able to access.

Hi Caroles23, it looks like the IP address that the sender used was spamming on Friday and Saturday so the mail was blocked, others on other IP addresses got through.
