Blocking of Gmail emails

As several users, including me, are starting to have problems receiving emails from @gmail accounts, how do we get TalkTalk to acknowledge this is an important issue and rectify it. There doesn't seem to be a mechanism to report this directly, only through this forum. Does anyone from TalkTalk support actually look at it?

I think JCsupport has made it clear they are acting on behalf of vulnerable people. One day you might be grateful for people like them helping you out with things you don't fully understand. From my experience of dealing with vulnerable people in a professional capacity many feel if something goes awry with technology it is their fault - patently not the case here.

In any event they are only seeking the same information that a few people (presumably Talktalk users) which Ady has kindly sought from those that know.

TalkTalk cannot deal with such issues with a third party, ask your "client" to post their own topic directly.

Trying to resolve the same issue for a client. They are too old and too tired to be dealing with the phone 'support'! Simply multiple gmail addresses get a 552 content rejected (TT992) when sending to the client talk talk email address. No issues in any other direction with any other accounts.

Mine is working again now.  Thanks to those who progressed the issue and were able to get it fixed.

Hi all, do you any of you still have the issue? I alerted the mail admins yesterday and they confirmed something was going on and investigation would begin immediately.

All back working for me now. I reported it to webchat which I found in the end and it appeared to me that no one had any idea of the fault. @Ady-TalkTalk

It seems to be a general problem sending from any gmail email address to any talktalk email address, it does not seem to be isolated to a few users, several have mentioned it on the Talktalk Twitter and Facebook pages.

Hello there,

 

It's not just a couple of us. 

 

I started a thread entitled 552 5.2.0 MX5RPDBPH7LGXMX5RP6LUH CONTENT REJECTED (TT992) earlier today. There are currently four on that thread, and a further 8 on TALKTALK BLOCKING ALL EMAILS FROM GMAIL. 

Would suggest it's a bit widespread.

It seems a couple of you are having trouble receiving from gmail. Please add the sending email addresses to private notes in your community profile and I'll run a check for the last 7 days.

I have tried looking for webchat on the main portal to report it but so far having no success!!
