How do I delete items from the Blocklist?

To delete blocked email addresses:

open webmail via browser at https://apps.talktalk.co.uk/appsuite/

--> click the Cog on top right --> click 'All settings'

--> (the pop-up Settings window will open in the Mail Section)

--> scroll down until you see 'Access lists' --> click 'Blocklist'

--> delete any or all already blocked email addresses

When receiving emails, if I know it is a scam or an email address that is suspicious, I click on the the 3 dots and select "Add sender to Blocklist". I did this so often that one day I got "Blocklist full". Since then, I found a method for deleting the Blocklist contents (but can't remember how) and have started a new Blocklist. I hope that explains my query.

My Block list is full, how can I delete some items, or increase the size of the blocklist
