I got told that I wouldn’t have to tell bt that I was leaving them for you again and that I was on the wrong Wi-Fi and I was getting a refund off 130 and I never got the refund and bt are sending stuff out to me

I'm guessing this isn't an email service issue although you've labelled the topic with talktalk.net and MailPlus the subscription service for retaining TalkTalk email addresses.
What are you referring to exactly? Have you placed a new order with TalkTalk? Have BT persuaded you to stay with them and are sending you new equipment? Have you placed a new order with BT because TalkTalk haven't honoured a £130 discount or you haven't received that £130 discount yet? If it's an order fulfilment issue or move of service provider and a cancellation issue then I'll move this topic to the Billing forum although you would need to speak to the TalkTalk cancellations team on 0345 172 0088 if cancelling a TalkTalk contract.
