Can anyone advise the correct URL to use for connecting Evolution on Ubuntu 24.04 to my TalkTalk calendar via CalDAV? None of the URLs I've found on my TalkTalk webmail account seem to work (either fail completely or report authentication failure, with correct email and passwords entered).

If the issue appears to be with TalkTalk then you will need to contact them directly, click on the link in my footnote for details.

From the 29th of March our TalkTalk Community will move to peer-to-peer support and the TalkTalk team will no longer be here to support with queries. Don’t worry we still have plenty of ways to reach out if you need to speak to TalkTalk directly. For more details check out the link here: How to contact TalkTalk Broadband - Help & Support.

Hi, I've been in touch with the Linux community, and they have done thorough testing.

The issue appears to be that the TalkTalk servers are not permitting access for Evolution.  To quote the final conclusion from the technical discussion: "...the Talk Talk server rejects access based on the User-Agent header. To make it work, you need to reach the server admins and ask them to allow also Evolution."

Here is the link to the full discussion: https://discourse.gnome.org/t/evolution-talktalk-caldav-calendar-connection/35023

Does anyone know how I can request access for Evolution to the CalDAV server?  To be clear, I have no diffculty connecting TalkTalk CalDAV to Samsung Calendar on Android, Outlook on Windows and Thurderbird on Ubuntu, but I'm trying to migrate away from Thunderbird and use the native Evolution on Ubuntu.  I have no difficulty with email sync in Evolution, but CalDAV cannot connect.   If there is a specific reason why Evolution is blocked, can anyone identify why that is?

Thanks for any help.
