Hi
I am having issues connecting my Mail Plus TalkTalk e-mail account on my iphone. After 4 days of live chats with all the various help departments i still cannot get through to anyone who can help. I think i just need my account reset but not having any luck. Currently i am waiting to be connected again to the TalkTalk tech team. 1.5 hours and counting.

The other e-mail addresses from my account still have the issue. How do i get these reset?

yes thats it working now, unbelievable, I’ve literately 4 days with live chat and no resolution
so does this mean the other e-mail addresses on my mail plus account are reset also?

You should find that your mailbox is now restored to full service.

What happened was i was late with subscription payment. Once paid now i can only access via web or app. I reset my password but no change. Tech on the chat are advising me to change my e-mail address because the old one no longer works with apple accouts, or something like that
