Cannot receive emails to my pc on talktalk

I cannot get emails in outlook to my pc from talk talk.

I can receive on phone app but not pc - can any help please

Is your PC Windows or MAC and which operating system is it using?

What version of Outlook are you using? Outlook for Windows, Outlook.com which is Microsoft webmail, or Outlook software e.g. Outlook 2019 or Outlook 365 for example? The latter versions of Outlook are covered in the Help content device setup guides.
