Cant get email from my registered Talktalk email

Hi, I need help

Up till recently (I have been with TT since it started)  I have had the occasional email bounce back to me but now both my own and my wifes Talktalk mail bounces back, even if I send an email from the talktalk web mail platform it bounces. I checked in my TT account that the email adresses was there and ok, it appeared to be (never altered anything in there anyway)

@HamJohn, I have edited the email addresses to remove real names.

Please never display your or anyone else's real email address, phone numbers etc in the public thread.

It is a worldwide web where scammers happily seize on real email addresses.

Information like that should be put in Private Notes near the end of Personal Information in the Profile area of the community. 

If you add them, remember to scroll down further still to find the button to SAVE CHANGES. 

Staff are mostly on holiday till 2nd January, but this may be picked up by them from Monday.
