I signed up for the new everymail before the deadline to pay £5 a month to keep my old email.
Don't appear to have received any confirmation that it was successful but haave a direct debit set up ready but now can't send emails which suggests I didn't sign up in time? Definitely did.
What do I do now?

Hello there @Dibble41, thank you for bringing this to our attention. Since you have stated that you have signed up on your end but have not as yet received any confirmation, I will strongly advise for you to get in touch with Every Mail directly to chase up on the matter.
