the WiFi has not been used since 1st June

@kanya-TT, can you remove the account number displayed in @Chloebennett111's post from showing in latest posts in your reply, - it still shows on your post there, though not on my reply since I sorted the OP post.
I have removed the home address details that were still displayed in the original post.
@Chloebennett111 please don't display sensitive information in the public thread.
