I need to change the email address that TalkTalk uses to send me bills and notifications etc. I've logged into my account but I can't find my exiting email address anywhere. Can anyone tell me where to find it, so I can change it?

Similarly perhaps changes going on in My Connection.....
Had this when I have happened to go there for at least a fortnight. May be longer, but I don't normally look there but did after a significant connection drop out at the start of the month.

I have the older version, the version that @KeithFrench showed us
I can't access the new version
As @KeithFrench said, I log in, see the dashboard,
I can click on Account & Settings. within the dashboard,
and in the new page, under My personal details. section, I can see my MyAccount email address
and I can click there, and change either my MyAccount email address and/or my MyAccount password

Yes, "they're in the middle of changing everything"
I saw this announced in a different TalkTalk page, a week or two ago. But I don't remember which page it was.
They said that some customers would see the current version of MyAccount, and others the newer one.
Unfortunately, those customers who see the newer version, are finding that it does not work.
By the the way, the newer version looks terrible.

Thanks @ferguson. Initially that looked very promising. I saw a checkbox saying Change my email address but as soon as I clicked it, it took me to the Dashboard page that I posted earlier 😐

That's the problem. I don't have My Account. I only have Account Support (I'm using a Windows PC with Microsoft's Edge browser). I'll just leave it a while in case they're in the process of updating stuff.

Online chat is in my account under help & support. Are you on a mobile or a PC when you access it & what browser are you using?
I find that Opera is the best browser for this.

I just visited the page for contacting TalkTalk Help & Support which advised me to log in to My Account and start a chat. But there's no option to start a chat either!
Maybe TalkTalk are in the process of changing their web site and it's not quite working yet? I'll leave it for a week and then try again.

TalkTalk must have updated their web site. Here's what I see when I login to my Dashboard:-

I don't see Account Settings any more. I do see something similar called Account Support which offers something called Request your personal data but I still can't see my personal details 🤔

From the Dashboard in MyAccount, click on Account & Settings. It is under My personal details.
