Hi, we are BlueMail with the @bluemail.me domain, and all our emails to @talktalk users are being rejected for the following reasons:
The response from the remote server was:
552 5.2.0 dTPmqtAva1vpLdTPnqy7Bp Content rejected (TT992)
Unfortunately, we are currently unable to support our users because your server is blocking us.

Hi BlueMailSupport, the only way to resolve this is to improve your reputation with the blacklistings.

TalkTalk doesn't offer whitelisting as that could lead to 'whitelisted' mail services being used by more spammers.
I'll draw this topic to the attention of TalkTalk Support so the email admins can be made aware and investigate to determine the root cause of the TT992 rejections. Although it could just be that CloudMark has picked up on the blacklistings and has downgraded BlueMail reputation as a result.

Thanks, we will check.
Is there a way to whitelist us meanwhile?

TalkTalk uses CloudMark's intelligence engine to help to control spam incoming to the network. IP address 142.93.204.5 is listed on agency blacklists.
Whilst you set about stopping spam sending at source and resolve this blacklisting do you have another IP address to bring into play?
