Creating A New Blocking Rule For Spam Messages from A Particular Sender
I am trying to create a rule to block a particular spamming sender within TalkTalk Webmail.
The sender's email address ends in 'prod.welikecode.com', but with various different prefixes.
When viewing the scam email, there is a command, via the 3-dot menu button, 'Create new rule', to block these emails. I have done this several times, but there is no positive response that the new rule has been created, or showing anywhere that the new rule might be edited or deleted.
(Sending the emails to phishing@talktalk.co.uk, has had no effect.)
It would be very good to block these emails via 'Create new rule'.

In TalkTalk Webmail open one of the 'welikecode' emails-->3-dot menu button in the email-->Create new rule-->Delete the 2 existing rules-->Add condition-->Select 'From'-->Enter 'prod.welikecode.com'-->Add action-->Select 'Discard' or 'Reject with reason'-->Save

I set up a rule to block all incoming emails that contain the word welikecode in the "from" (sender) line. Then I set the action to "discard". Will see if that helps.

All right, it is possible to edit a rule, but you have to go somewhere else. This is the only way to get to it.
Go to Settings(Cog Wheel) right at the top-->All Settings-->This opens the Mail subsection-->Scroll down to 'Rules'-->Click 'Rules'-->This shows all current rules, which may be edited or deleted.
I will see if these emails will be blocked.

I'm also about to try and block this welikecode rubbish!
