Dads email not working, Hacked, got locked out, 3 days later, password redone. emails not coming.

So Dad email sending out the Urgent favour. I am ill, cant speak, doctors appointment booked, so lucky that.

You respond, wants gift cards, 1 friend started and stopped. Most where ringing him, Said email but not him. They knew as I did, My Dad. Not poorly. If not know then might beleve.

too the point. Cant reset password as no emails coming, That the first thig. They stoped and then the calls about the scam from the acounbt. Days on and failed to get a lik to recoverey email (mine, son). Friday onto it. Thought said 4 hours. Nothing Friday night. into Saturday, computer on, checked as up and down in the night. ring Saturday, Was 24 hours, we heard wrong, that came and went. No emails, no access. Sunday. Try again on chat. Calls until now. will be done, srry having trouble, polite but 2 days on ,annoying. It did come to me and my phone nuber too. So I redid his password, Dad stuck into the email client, nag box, as authentication failing. It took, some emails came. Not all, expecing things on places he order bits from, dear phones and dog food, More calls. 90 minutes today. Everything fine, some call centre, remote accass, send some emails. Works. no it does not. hit and miss. mailbox failing. Things we did as a test and him, mum on gmail. Nothing comes. I done stuff at 2, just before. now 3.5 hours later, not there, A lot from friday in 1 hit today after his 90 minute call. It is us. So changed nothing but the password (fun that, 3 days). 1 computer, 1 tablet, samsung thing. 2 phones, nothing changed, but it is us. what can we do about lost or come in the end emails. Things are comming, lots today but days late. My 2.5 hour ago thing. a no, but it is our settings, on 4 devices we have not changed.

Hacked ansd locked out. Wont be that then.

Am I missing something. Web mail back, as password (nt recovery, mine email. That the same. missing, not come or do much later emails. Same as computer, but it is us.

After 90 minutes and remote screen thing, Dad did, me at work, no idea was doing, Was a phone call job after work, so early but he did his thing first thismorning.

Hope this makes sense.

Fed up 4 days on and me left to put right as us and our settings. How, all 4 things changed, computer maybe is it started from that but link to other devicces, Cant see how.

Long story short. Hacked Friday, scam enamails from accout as Dad. Want vouchers. not diad, email changed, recovery email. link, in the end. Yesterday. Back in but things lost, come in the end.

 

Type and not look, mistakes a plenty I expect.

I knew but brought a known thing. So stressful. Dad tried. 90 minutes. Ys, not them. Could be phone account hacked. Changed. Computer email client. Who knows. Money on them. But is not. I don't know.
