I was paying £5.00 for TalkTalk Mail Plus. I have now had TalkTalk Broadband fitted into my property.

Does email come as part of my new package if so do I still need to pay the £5.00 per month for TalkTalk Mail Plus. I am a bit concerned that I am now paying for the same thing twice. Under no circumstances can I afford to loose my present email account so if I have to pay for this then thats OK

No its not sorted I have ben a customer for years with this email address obscured for customer security

Hi Trolleyman 

 

If your new customer MyAccount has a manage mail page (without the banner message 'Functions not available) then you can add the email addreses listed in the MailPlus MyAccount to move them over to the new MyAccount. When that's done your MailPlus subscription should automatically cease. 

 

If you have any problems adding the email addresses then let us know. Don't do anything to the mailboxes other than use their email address and current password to add them to the new MyAccount.

 

Let us know if you're a TalkTalk Consumer customer taking Future Fibre broadband. Manage TalkTalk Mail options are not yet included in the Future Fibre MyAccount.
