If you think security is compromised you should change your password to one you have never used.
Also check you have a recovery email address and phone number set so that you can regain access to your account should it ever be compromised.
On a general note, if you are having issues logging into sites, not sure if they are compromised or you've forgotten your passwords, do a virus scan of your device and also run a malware scan. I use malwarebytes free version. To this should confirm you are ok or quaranteen any suspicious files.
