Hi there
I have the same problem as many others, have changed the settings on email properties as per the instructions. I can access webmail but not from Windows Mail or iPhone.
Does my account need to be reset to allow this?

I certainly do hope that everyone using TalkTalk Mail does use secure device email settings and thanks for taking time out to let us know you're back in action. Perfect.

Just to let you know my Emails are coming in and sending from both Desktop Windows Mail and from my Iphone now.
Thanks for your help with this Ady and Gondola. Hope everyone else follows the advice and has the same result. 😀👍

IMAP / POP3 access does need to be restored by TalkTalk Support.
Select here: Update your profile
Scroll down to Private notes to add the customer email address and save changes.
Looks like they'll take your word that you are now using the correct settings.
