I am still not receiving any emails from Tesco. I have spoken to Tesco and they told me that they have been in touch with Talk Talk who are aware of the problem. It affects TalkTalk/Tiscali/and Pipemedia (or something like that). Please can Talk Talk get this sorted pronto. I live in the London area if that helps. The most important email is the one that contains the receipt for my on line order. I am housebound and this is making life difficult.

Hi @norah_anderson as you will have noticed TT are having a difficult time with email at the moment. They are aware and working on it but no timescale for resolution as yet. Is it possible that the Tesco website or ordering app also holds a copy of your receipt? This is certainly the case with Morrisons and Waitrose.
