Good afternoon, 

I am receiving lots of emails saying I have sent hundreds of spam emails I assume this itself is actually a scam 

can you please confirm my email

account Is okay XXXXX@talktalk.net

Hi Antony498, your mailbox is nearly full if you don't delete a significant number you'll stop receiving new mail. Does your sent items show a lot more mail than you've actually sent? If not your mail address has probably been harvested and is being spoofed for sending.

@Antony498, please NEVER display personal information details in the public thread, as it's an open invitation to scammers to harvest your address and send you precisely the sort of email that you are worrying about!

 

Just send it to Spam and then delete it and remove it also from the recycling bin. Run antivirus  / malware check on your devices. 

 

Staff will reply after the weekend - make sure that you have completed your community forum profile details for Talktalk to identify your account when they are back on here next week. 

 

Go via your avatar; settings; drop down menu. Complete Personal Information. Scroll down to find the button to SAVE CHANGES.
