The fact the other account was not in your name, @D_A_B, is a significant detail.

Put as much information as possible in Private Notes as this is a further complication in what is already challenging!

From the 29th of March our TalkTalk Community will move to peer-to-peer support and the TalkTalk team will no longer be here to support with queries. Don’t worry we still have plenty of ways to reach out if you need to speak to TalkTalk directly. For more details check out the link in the post at the top of any forum message board.

There should just be 2 email addresses.  Previously the email accounts would have been under my late mother's account - I've added the details to my private notes

You can link up to 5 email addresses to your active broadband account, I can see that you only listed 2 email addresses on your profile under private notes. If there are other email addresses you want to add please update your profile so that I can add them.

Before I submit a webform for you to link your emails to your active broadband account, Is any of the listed email addresses linked to a disconnected account.

Thank you. Do you know how long it will take for it to resolve the issue of not being able to send emails?

I have successfully submitted a webform for you to stop any further communication regarding Everymail.

Yes, I am unable to send emails.  When I select new email I get 'Final Notice: Act Now or Lose Access to Your Email' coming up

Thank you, please confirm if you are experiencing feature restrictions (i.e. unable to send an email) in the email account?

Okay thank you very much for letting me know. As you are a broadband customer there is no need for you to subscribe to Everymail . I will fill in a webform for you so we can stop any further communication going your way regarding this movement however before I can submit a webform please confirm if there is a sign-up option available when you login to your email account.

It should be, although I did originally have my gmail address registered to the account.

Hi there @D_A_B. Thank you very much for bringing this to our attention. Please confirm if the email address you received the communication on is the same as the one registered on the account. Thanks.
