Name: XXXX
Account number: XXXXX REMOVED FOR SECURITY REASONS
I am a TalkTalk broadband customer (please check the account linked to this email)
I am receiving prompts and reminders for one of my email addresses, XXXXXXX to subscribe to Everymail despite already being a broadband customer

Please can you:

Confirm that my email address is provided by TalkTalk and why I am receiving Everymail subscription reminders.
If the reminders are being sent in error, remove them and confirm when this has been fixed.
If my account requires any action from me to stop the reminders or to retain my email address, please tell me the next steps.

@Anonymous,

You should never put any personal information  / account details in the public thread, and now that there are no staff on here you must go directly to Talktalk on Live Chat or phone 03451 720088 [9am - 7pm weekdays; till 6pm Saturday].

Ask an agent to complete a webform to associate all your Talktalk legacy addresses with your current broadband account.

They will not send confirmation and should not just make reassuring noises about "yes, I can see you are a broadband customer".

Not all of the agents seem to know about the form, so please keep trying till you find one that understands the system.

Gliwmaeden2, a fellow customer.

From the 29th of March our TalkTalk Community will move to peer-to-peer support and the TalkTalk team will no longer be here to support with queries. Don’t worry we still have plenty of ways to reach out if you need to speak to TalkTalk directly. For more details check out the link in the post at the top of any forum message board.
