My wife’s long-standing TalkTalk email has been dysfunctional since Friday 19 July. She can neither send nor receive, and mailboxes show “empty”. She would write here except to access the site you need to enter the code sent by - you’ve guessed it, email. It took 90 minutes on chat to register the fault with TalkTalk . We have a complaints ref CMP-711497 and a promise of contact. But nothing has happened. We were advised to select “technical” from the phone helpline options. But there is no such option; indeed no option for email. So, please, how do we contact TalkTalk?

Is your wife access here email account via webmail or is she using an email client?
