I belong to an email group of around 30 people and am the only one who experiences blocked emails (I'm also the only talktalk customer). It's not a consistent problem - I guess about 90% of email fails to arrive with the sender getting "There are email delivery issues for p*********@talktalk.net (Bounced)."
It's impossible to know how long this has gone on for (I can't tell I've not received something!) but I guess several months.
Non technical help would be really appreciated please.
