I belong to an email group of around 30 people and am the only one who experiences blocked emails (I'm also the only talktalk customer). It's not a consistent problem - I guess about 90% of email fails to arrive with the sender getting "There are email delivery issues for p*********@talktalk.net (Bounced)."
It's impossible to know how long this has gone on for (I can't tell I've not received something!) but I guess several months.
Non technical help would be really appreciated please.

Never post a real email address in the public thread, @petergam.
Private Message means click on Ady's avatar and you should see an option to send a message there.
Any notifications you get from the forum are from a No Reply address.
Staff are unlikely to reply now till after the weekend.
