My husband’s talktalk emails bounce back from reputable recipients such as Hotmail and Outlook.com email addresses because of spam concerns. I believe Talktalk should be able to avoid this happening. Here are details of one of latest occurrences of this. Please follow the link at the end for Microsoft's suggestions for fixing this:

Can anyone help with this as it’s frustrating as he’s sending out info regularly and sometimes with attachments that are issued through small distribution lists.

A friend of ours using gmail has similar issues, I suspect it’s a Microsoft outlook issue, but want the confirmation from TT that there’s nothing wrong at this end

I have exactly the same problem with TalkTalk emails going straight into recipients gmail Spam accounts. And I suspect this has been the case form some weeks now. There doesn't seem to a fix and I'm now considering changing my email accounts to gmail.

No, it was only ever my account that received the emails and it kept asking me to subscribe, but when he was unable to send emails back in July, it was sorted for both email addresses. You’ll be able to see these in my profile along with the account number. We can both send emails, but recently they’ve started bouncing when sending to only hotmail and outlook accounts. As mentioned he issues regular communications including a monthly newsletter, which has only just been issued highlighting the issues I’ve raised.

Thank you for this. Just to add on, has your husband received any communication from us about their email account being migrated to Every Mail?

I am the main account holder and we both have email addresses under the active TalkTalk broadband account. It seems to be a more obvious issue over the last month or two.

@LouLou55, thank you for making us aware of this matter. If I may kindly ask, does your husband have an active TalkTalk broadband account?
