can you please link my email address to my broadband account  as i am now being asked to pay and subscribe to it which i was led to believe it was free for broadband customers

Hi there @City1 I would love to assist you with your query, email services are free when you have an active broadband account with us. The communication must have been sent in error, as I can see the email address you have listed on your private notes is already linked to your broadband account.
