I have a red message saying I can no longer send emails and to subscribe to Everymail.I have never stopped my broadband and definitely do not want to change my existing email address.Can this be sorted?

Please complete your community forum profile details, @Foobee1.

 

Go via your avatar; settings; add your Talktalk phone number or account number in Personal Information. 

 

Further down, in Private Notes add the affected email address and SAVE CHANGES.

Yes despite having an active account.I was told yesterday the notice from Everymail would be removed but is still on today after talking with support.

Hi there @Foobee1 . I am very sorry to hear this. And just to confirm did you receive any communication from us stating that you will need to sign up to everymail since you do not have an active broadbaned account with TalkTalk?
