I have received an email regarding my talktalk transferring to Everymail. Is this legitimate and is so do I just wait for the link to be sent?

@JoanneMallaby, there's no longer support from Talktalk staff on this forum.

To establish what is going on with your service, please contact Talktalk directly on 03451 720088 or using Chat. Details of hours are in this link:

Gliwmaeden2, a fellow customer.

From the 29th of March our TalkTalk Community will move to peer-to-peer support and the TalkTalk team will no longer be here to support with queries. Don’t worry we still have plenty of ways to reach out if you need to speak to TalkTalk directly. For more details check out the link in the post at the top of any forum message board.

The email, which I have also received, is from TalkTalk. If you are still a TalkTalk customer, then I recommend you contact TalkTalk customer service. TalkTalk no longer provides support here. If you are no longer a customer, and want to retain your TalkTalk email account(s), then wait for the 30 day free trial sign up link.

TalkTalk is fine, when there are no issues, but getting issues resolved can be a real headache.
Incorrect information on TalkTalk help pages is unhelpful.
