Groups.io bouncing emails

I am getting messages again from groups.io to unbounce my emails.

Would someone  be kind enough to advise me how I can stop this happening and what is causing it as it is becoming an issue.

I've had a reply. groups.io are including hashtags in their subject line which triggered a regex block. This means it was their fault not ours for a change.

Hi sixandup, I've asked the team to check and I'll be amazed if they don't tell me that there's a problem with the senders mailing lists.
