I wish to delete my account permanently. How do it do that please.

@CarolO1, if you wish to delete an account completely, rather than simply cancelling your service, you would use the "Right to be forgotten" process.

@Gliwmaeden2, I think @CarolO1 is referring to her actual TalkTalk account. 

 

Should this be the case @CarolO1, I will kindly ask for you to get in touch with our cancellations department using 0345 172 0088 Monday - Friday 9am - 7pm; Saturday - 9am - 6pm; Sunday - Closed.
