@Ivan17340, do you have full fibre, so when it is down you can't use your Talktalk connection for phone calls?
03451 720088 can still be reached by mobile, but will be charged at normal rates by that provider - free if you have all-inclusive calls, otherwise at their tariff for 01, 02 & 03 numbers.
This section of the forum is actually for queries about email problems. Can you let us know, as @siphosethu-TT asked above, whether that would be the issue, or is it some other problem?

If you are unsure of your phone number, you can find this in My Account or dial 17070 from your landline phone and this will confirm the number for you.
You can also add your account number in the private notes field, which only you and the support staff can view.
