I HAVE 5 TINYWORLDWORLD.CO.UK A/CS & ALREADY SUBSCRIBE £50 PER YEAR IN DECEMBER

I HAVE RETAINED ALL 5 TINYWORLD.CO.UK EMAIL ACCOUNTS BY PAYING £50 EACH YEAR BY D/D AT THE END OF DECEMBER.

NOW THEY WANT ANOTHER £50 DO I GET A REFUND.

1 OF MY EMAILS IS SHOWING EVERMAIL BUT THE OTHER 4 ARE STILL UNDER TINYWORLD.CO.UK AND I CANT SEND EMAILS FROM THOSE ACCOUNTS.

hAPPY TO PAY BUT WANT ALL 5 EMAIL ACCOUNTS.

The service has been taken over by Everymail:

 

https://help-centre.talktalk.co.uk/Email/Find_info_or_guidance_about_my_Email/Email_Transition_FAQs

 

You shouldn't have to pay more than one annual charge per year.

It's not clear whether the error is with Everymail or whether Talktalk failed to attach the addresses correctly associated with your previous service so start with Talktalk support (as KeithFrench mentioned) for initial clarification. 

 

Notice that if you pay by Direct Debit there'd be nothing to do, but payments by card do need to be set up in Everymail, regardless of payment date.

 

Keep an eye on transactions to check that it's not taken ahead of the annual renewal.
