I have forgotten my email address

Forgotten my email address. As I have not used it since I joined TalkTalk. Any help. I'll be truly greatful

It does not work on mail. So not my email address that I log in with , on the main site.

The only email address I see in 'My personal details' is the one I use to log in to MyAccount with. To my knowledge, over 15 years of using MyAccount, it has always been that way.

When the Mailbox Manager was in MyAccount, it was possible to view all email addresses there, but the Mailbox Manager has been removed from MyAccount, and is accessed using its own url.

The email address provided in 'My personal details' of MyAccount is the email address for MyAccount login. If that email address is the forgotten email address, then it is not possible to log in to MyAccount, and look at 'My personal details'. However, it is possible to recover a forgotten email address for MyAccount using this link:

https://service.talktalk.co.uk/usernamerecovery/identify

if a mobile number has been provided in 'My personal details' of MyAccount.

If the forgotten email address is a different email address to the one used for MyAccount login, then looking at 'My personal details' in MyAccount would not be of any use.

Hi @DOVEBABE1965 sorry I'm struggling, fortunately you have been able to login to the community so it's likely you have at least two emails addresses, so again guessing it is your Talktalk email address which is forgotten.

Only staff can help you recover this and they will be back in tomorrow and your request has been escalated for their attention.
