In the Spam and Trash Folders: Items in this folder will NOT be automatically deleted after 30 days

In TalkTalk webmail, in the Spam and Trash Folders, TalkTalk webmail notifies that:
"Items in this folder will be automatically deleted after 30 days"

Could staff please confirm, that items in the Spam and Trash Folders, will not be automatically deleted after 30 days, but remain there until the user deletes them?
Perhaps TalTalk can delete that notification.

We will have to flag this to the Email team, to have this looked into and if required delete the 30 days notification.

I was not looking for generalities.

In the past, in TalkTalk webmail, in both Spam and Trash folders, the emails have remained there, undeleted, past the 30-day limit.

Currently, I don't have any emails in the Trash folder. I have deleted them all. So, I can't confirm that now.

But I can confirm that emails in the Spam folder are not currently deleted after 30 days. They will remain there until I delete them.

So, can you confirm that?

In general with any Email service if emails are in a trash folder they are deleted after 30 days, I am sorry however we are unable to change this notification, as it is accurate.

Messages ... are redirected to the Spam folder for 30 days for review until system deletion
