I keep getting emails saying my email account is out of date and to click a link to see what to do next. The latest email came from New_Team. Is this a genuine email from Talktalk?

Hi TerryNyorks, please start a new topic and delete any of those emails no matter who the sender is. No matter what the sender name it isn't going to be TalkTalk.

Similar email now from ‘true potential’. Seems to be a scam

Hi,
It's probably a scam.
If you hover over the senders details it's also unlikely to be a TalkTalk email address.
Whatever you do, do not click on any links.
TalkTalk have requested that spam mail be reported to them.
How to do this can be found here

Thank you.
Please remember to mark Solved Posts with Best Answer. Doing so helps other customers and saves TalkTalk's Support Team time by only looking at unsolved topics. Thanks, Steve (a fellow customer).
