My Dad had his TalkTalk account password, and recovery details changed last week, probably by scammers. Today he received a call asking him if he had a problem with his E.mails and they gave him an address of *removed for security* to refer to. 
Is this a genuine mail address or is this a continuation of the scam?

Probably, but it is best not to post full email addresses on here in any event, especially in connection with a scam.

 

Put it in the Private notes section of your community profile here and the support team will advise further.
