Legacy lineone email address wonr link to new talk talk account and can no longer send email

I have had a lineone email address that I have used for over 20 years and have always had a contract with lineone, tiscali then talk talk . My outgoing mail is now blocked as not linked to my broadband contract at new address. This is despite my lineone email being registered on “my account

@CarrolC I have had a look into the account, cannot see prior notes regards to maybe being affected in error since there is a change of ownership on the account. However the email is on the account, I will escalate this for you, and you will get feedback once sorted.
